Assam Bhawan officer dead

A pall of gloom grips Assamese community in New Delhi following the sudden death of an officer posted at the Assam Bhawan in the capital city on Friday. He was none other than Dipankar Biswas who suddenly died at cardiac arrest in the wee hours. Many people from the north eastern state have deeply condoled his death and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family members.
