NRL inks pact with Arunachal
The Arunachal Pradesh government has struck a deal with Numaligarh Refinery Limited on Friday for sourcing bio-ethanol from available non-food bio-mass feedstock bamboo in the north eastern state. The project is proposed to be implemented in 2 years time.
The pacts were signed at a brief function in presence of Chief Minister’s office in Itanagar. Chief Minister Nabam Tuki, NRL officials and Arunachal Pradesh Bamboo Resources Development Agency officials were present in the meeting.
Rajib Changkakati, Atanu R Sharma represented NRL. The deal will help NRL sourcing 3 lakh tons per year by NRL.
