All about a non existent park

The scam came to light when deputy secretary Tenson Engti was on visit to Hamren for the spot inquiry. The department sent the proposal of the park at Hamren to be approved by the council at an area 10 hectares near the town.It remains to be seen how the authority will deal with those who have embezzled the fund.
