Arunachal Pradesh governor JP Rajkhowa has conveyed his warm greetings and good wishes to the people on the occasion of Id-ul-Zuha.
In a message, he hoped that the sacred occasion would further strengthen the faith in the Almighty for leading all along the path of peace, progress and prosperity and also to enhance the bonds of our composite society.
The All Nyishi Youth Association has deferred its proposed 24 hr capital bandh on Monday. The bandh will take place on November 9.Addressing the media persons at Arunachal Press Club on Saturday, ANYA President Biri Kakum said they are firm on their demands.The major demands include steps to do away with Pre-Paid electric Meter system from the capital, creation of Kamle and Pakke-Kessang districts, Inclusion of Smart City to Itanagar, White paper on financial status of the state, construction of 4-way lane road from Itanagar to Banderdewa.
