Hundreds people across the state took out missiles on Thursday evening in protest against the Centre’s move to allow the non Muslim Bangladeshi immigrants to stay as refugees where Assam will have to bear the brunt.
Armed with torches under the banner of KMSS, man and women in large number hit the streets shouting slogans against the BJP-led government at the Centre by forcing Assam to bear the extra burden of aliens.
The protestors further threaten to launch united stir against the move if the Narendra Modi government proceeds with the deal.
