Media workshop at Naharlagun

One day Media and Communication Workshop of Pentavalent and Inactivated Pollavirus (IP) Vaccine under Routine Immunization Programme for DIPROs to be conducted at ATI Naharlagun on September 17. The workshop is organized as a part of State Preparedness to introduce these vaccines.

Tirap Deputy Commissioner is set to crack the whip on the mushrooming growth of chit fund companies. Acting on a set of complaints deputy commissioner Ravi Jha said that he would not remain silent if these ponzi schemes lure the investors promising returns in Tirap and Longding districts. He cautioned the people not to indulge in such fraudulent schemes. The public health engineering & water supply department is bracing up for a grim financial crisis. An astronomical amount of money has yet to be realized from the central and state government offices in the division. The department has missed the revenue target because of the unrealized amount.The entire situation has forced the deputy commissioner to step in. Deputy Commissioner Tamiyo Tatak has asked all departments to clear the pending bills to avoid penalty charges.
