Arunachal Pradesh minister of agriculture Chowna Mein was on a recent visit to Phillipines & Malayasia leading a delegation of nine members of his department.

The team visited International Rice Research Institute(IRRI) at Los Banos, Laguna(Phillipines) and interacted with senior Rice Scientists of international fame to explore potentialities of technological intervention in the state’s Rice production programme.
