Dhubri girls rescued in Delhi

Even a set of stringent laws have failed to stop girl trafficking in the north eastern states. Delhi police on Wednesday rescued two girls a month after they went missing from Dhubri.

Acting on a tip off a team of Delhi police raided a house in Rohini area where the two girls hailing from Dhubri area were recovered. A team of police from Dhubri is leaving for New Delhi to bring the girls back to home.
