HC blow for APSC

In a major blow for APSC, Gauhati High Court on Monday asked the autonomous body to submit an affidavit early on the alleged mistakes in the question papers prepared for the civil service examination in 2013.

Hearing a PIL filed by KMSS leader Akhil Gogoi, a division bench of the court asked APSC to submit the affidavit at an earlier date.
In his PIL, Gogoi alleged plenty of mistakes in the question papers set for the civil service examination.
