Bandh back in Manipur

Bandhs and blockades are back in Manipur to paralyze the normal life in the restive north eastern state.
The United Naga Council has called for National Highway No 2 bandh in between Imphal and Jiribam from Thursday night demanding immediate withdrawal of the three bills before being sent to governor for final seal of approval. Much to the major inconvenience for common people, the bandh would continue for 48 hours.
Yet another bandh is paralyzing normal life in the state adding fuel to the fire. The Tadhou Peoples’ Liberation Army-sponsored bandh has begun from 6 in the evening on Thursday which would end on Saturday.
