Price hike hits normal life

The wave of price hikes of essential commodities hitting normal living of common peoples in Kokrajhar, heart town of BTAD administration while maintaining their lives along with rest of the state. Common people expressed their resentment over sky rocketing price hikes of essential commodities.

Onion price hits to Rs 60-80 from Rs 40 while potato hits Rs.15 from Rs 10 in the markets, besides hude hike of other essential commodities.

Bhuban Nath, a market going person in Kokrajhar main market said that the sky rocketing price hikes hitting normal lives of the common peoples in the state.

Loken Chandra Bose, another market going person said that the price hikes on all essential commodities are hitting normal lives in the state as peoples can't purchase more needy materials for huge price hikes in the markets.

Bipul Paul, a trader in Kokrajhar told that the prices of onion, potato are increasing at the whole sale market, of which why traders have control.
