ACS: Akhil ups ante on govt

The appointment of 89 ACS officers defying the allegations of corruption runs into a hail of protest across the state on Thursday. KMSS is set to hit the streets saying that it has established the allegations of bribery, nepotism and malpractices.

All eyes are fixed on the Gauhati High Court which is all set to hear the public interest litigation filed by KMSS president Akhil Gogoi alleging rampant corruption in the selection process by Assam Public Service Commission where many eligible candidates were deprived.
