BJP couple, 2 others held

Police have arrested a BJP couple along with two others charging them with displacing Don Bosco statue in Bharalumukh on Friday.

Police arrested a lady counselor from BJP and her husband along with two youths from Aathgaon area on Saturday morning.

They were held minutes after Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi announced probe into the incident.

Talking to reporters in New Delhi on Saturday, Gogoi said that the perpetrators should be punished and that anybody opposing it are free to protest.
