Assam trader kidnapped in M’laya

Sensation prevails in West Garo Hills district of Meghalaya after unidentified miscreants kidnapped a trader from Damalgre area on Thursday.

Local residents told Assam Times that five motorcycle born armed militants arrived at Abdul Ghani’s rented house who is by profession a tailor and forcibly took him away in the morning.

Security forces are fanning in the nearby areas to rescue the Ghani who hails from Sishumari area in Mancachar.
