Congress leader Pankaj Bora has been elected to the Rajya Sabha Uncontested. The official announcement was made on Thursday when the date for withdawal of nomination was over. The Centre holds a series of talks in Delhi on Sunday with three militant outfits operating in Assam. The Union home ministry is holding talks with National Democratic Front of Boroland (Progressive) and Dima Halam Daogah (Nunisha faction) on Sunday.
