Stage set for Cherrapunjee Marathon

Runners from home and outside are arriving in Shillong to participate in the Cherrapunjee Marathon slated for Friday.

Organizers told Assam Times that more than more than 300 outside runners have so far arrived in Shillong to join the event in the morning.

These are apart from around 500 others belonging to the home state.    

The events have three divisions, full marathon, half-marathon, 10km race leading to Sohra Cherrapunjee.
