Guv’s visit to Haflong springs surprise

Amid controversy over the utilization of central funds, Governor PB Acharya is on a sudden visit to Haflong on Tuesday sensing no less surprise inside and outside the Dima Hasao Autonomous Council. 

 Sources told Assam Times that the governor will visit the Dima Hasao Autonomous Council where he is scheduled to examine a number of files pertaining to allocation of central funds and implementation of some crucial schemes.
