Akhil snubs Modi, Gogoi

KMSS will launch a massive agitation across the state in protest against the Centre’s conspiracy to the common people with toll gate. Addressing a press conference in Guwahati, KMSS president Akhil Gogoi said in its recent letter to Dispur, the Centre threatened to stop financial assistance to the state if the toll gates are stopped.

Gogoi dared chief minister Tarun Gogoi stop the toll gates to give the common people at least a sigh of relief. He further slammed the state MPs for failing to raise their voice on behalf of the people.

He threatened to stop the toll gates at any cost. “We are fully prepared to take an extreme step to stop the toll gates. We won’t allow it to happen,” said the KMSS leader. .
