Vigil along border

A 24 hour strict vigil is in place along the Assam-Nagaland border to deal with the miscreants from the neighbouring state who has been fomenting trouble for the last couple of days.

The area of disturbance is Rongkham in the Tiru hills reserve forest where the miscreants set afire several houses inside the Assam territory.

The authority has stepped up security along the border to prevent the movement of miscreants who has been mongering trouble for the last couple of week.   

Assam police battalion continue to patrol Ronkhaam area along the Assam Nagaland border in Moriani.
