A hardcore KPLT leader was killed another was captured at an encounter with security forces in Karbi Anglong district on Monday.
The gunfight took place in Dolamari area in the evening where KPLT leader was shot dead. The captured militant has been identified as Godsing Kathar. Police seized pistol and bullet from his possession.
