AGP leader joins BJP

In yet another boost for BJP a veteran AGP leader from Titabor joined the ruling party at the centre. 

He was AGP veteran Hemanta Kalita who joined BJP at a function along with over 100 supporters. State BJP president Siddharth Bhattacharya who was present in the function called a positive sign for the party. 

He said Kalita's coming would give the party a fresh strength a year before the assembly poll.
