AIUDF gears up for BTC election campaign
The election fever grew up in BTC as few days left scheduled on April 8 next,the AIUDF party has also lunched their campaigns putting own candidates and claimed that party will get large majority in the council election.
The AIUDF has stepped for the first time ever and put their own candidates including three candidates in Fakiragram,Guma and Srirampur constituencies in Kokrajhar district besides in other three districts of BTAD.The AIUDF party will score large seats in the election as irrespective of caste and creed communities are supporting the party and it will take strong step in formation of council,a AIUDF party leader claimed.
Abdul Ali Mandal,AIUDF candidate for Fakiragram(Non-ST reserved) today campaigned at Fakiragram bazar and seeked votes in the election.He said that he will get majority votes and his winning is cent percent clear as peoples are come forward to vote to AIUDF party.
He said that he will take step to solve problems of riots affected peoples in the region and creation of social integration will be his prime step if he voted to power.He also told that several central leaders including AIUDF supremo Maulana Badaruddin Ajmal,Aditya Lanthasa will reach in Kokrajhar to campaign for party candidates on and from March 30 for three days.
AIUDF party supporters claimed that this AIUDF will score large seats in the election and making of social integration is the priority issue of the election.

As a noble initiative for the protection of biodiversity in Bodoland, the Bodoland Golden Langur Association (BGLA), a Kokrajhar-based NGO, erected signboards along the Sikhna Jwhwlao National Park, appealing to visitors to obey rules while entering the wildlife zone.

The seven-day festival took place at the Bodofa Cultural Complex, Chandamari.
