Prime Minister Narendra Modi Sunday pledge to make north east a real heaven for tourists from the country and abroad. In his monthly radio address, the prime minister said nature’s beauty and bounty make the entire region a tourists paradise.
According to him, the north east is no less good than Dubai and Singapore. He called the region the Taj Mahal of India. His recent visit to the region finds prominent place in his speech which he calls a heart warming experience.
He also appreciated the people of the region saying that these people have strong sense of belongingness. Modi visited Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura and Manipur on November 29 and 30.
