Leopard carcass found in Nazira

The recovery of a leopard carcass sends no less shock among the wild life activist lovers in Sivasagar on Wednesday.
The carcass of the 5 feet long full grown leopard was spotted by the local villagers on the river Dikhow at Sunpura in the morning.

Acting on information, forest department officials arrived in the river bank and recovered the carcass. The reason would be ascertained only after the post mortem.
