AASU alleges Dispur failure on al Qaeda

The All Assam Students' Union demands Centre’s measures to stop al Qaeda elements from spreading in the state alleging Dispur’s failure to deal with the impending threats.

Led by its adviser Dr Samujjal Bhattacharya, an AASU delegation on Saturday called on Union minister of state for home Kiren Rijiju and submitted a memorandum alleging that the al Qaeda elements posing threat to the country are mostly, the Bangladeshi immigrants.
