Flood waters start receding in Guwahati. But at a snail’s pace. The situation is gradually improving following the halt of rains. But the severely affected areas of Anil Nagar, Nabin Nagar, Tarun Nagar, Rajgarh besides Zoo Road have yet to get out of the blues.
