Blockade hikes prices in Golaghat

One after another problems seem to have crushed the spine of the common people in Golaghat these days.

A section of businessmen in this trouble torn district has hiked the prices of the essential commodities to make the people bear the brunt of the blockades against Nagaland.

The district authorities relaxed the indefinite curfew on Friday to help the common people buy essential items.

But strangely, the people, mostly, found it difficult to buy the essential commodities at an exorbitant rate alleging halt of surface communication for the last couple of days.
