Dispur: Deka meets Borkotoky

Agriculture minister Nilomoni Sen Deka met Sarat Borotoky Wednesday  on fuelling the specualtion of Chief minister’s new measures to contain the dissident ministers and MLAs.

Deka, the trusted minister of Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi arrived in Sarat Borkotoky’s official residence at 11 in the morning.

The duo held a close door meeting for nearly one hour in presence of Gautom Roy who is also known to be a close associate of Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma.

Later talking to reporters Deka said that the visit was purely a personal and that they had not discussed anything about the dissidence.

He futher sais that it is for chief minister Tarun Gogoi to take a decision on holding CLP meeting.
