BJP to woo more people

BJP’s huge convention ended in Kaziranga on Friday with a pledge to go all out to woo the people.

Addressing a press conference in Kaziranga at the end of the day long event, Union minister Sarbananda Sonowal  said that the Centre is aware of the real issues including rhino poaching and illegal infiltration from across the border.

According to him, Union home minister Rajnath Singh is very keen to visit the state to know the problem. 

He further said that the partymen would further reach all sections of the people to know their pulse which, he said, would help the party get absolute majority in the 2016 asembly polls.

Attended by the newly elected MPs and MLAs along with the district level party leaders, the meeting stressed clear cut stratgies to put up a good show in the bye polls for Silchar, Lakhipur and Jamnamukh.
