Celebrations in Dibrugarh

People of all walks of life in Dibrugarh and Lakhimpur are celebrating in a big way when they got to know the ministerial berth for Sarbananda Sonowal.

 

As the encouraging news started spreading like wildfire on Monday morning, people of all sections of the society thronged the public places to celebrate the big day.

 

“We have big dreams. We hope a lot. Sonowal will do something forus,” this was what Joganka Das told Assam Times in Dibrugarh.

 

Hundreds of people in the public places and clubs and BJP offices have organized feast to celebrate the ministerial berth for the state BJP president.

 

“We will celebrate the ocassion in a big way,” said the local youths.
