Lakhimpur prepared for polls

The stage is set in Lakhimpur for the Lok Sabha polls on Monday where 14,29,098 voters will exercise their franchise to decide on the fate of 13 candidates.

Polling will take place from 7 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon in all the booths simultaneously. The crucial constituency is set to witness a triangular contest among Congress, BJP and AGP.  

Polling officials have already arrived in the booths with polling materials in the afternoon. Tight security arrangement is in place at all polling booths to ensure free and fair polls on Monday.
