KMSS protestors flogged

Several KMSS activists have sustained injury when police sprang upon them in Guwahati as they were staging dharna demanding resignation of Rockybul Hussian alleging failure to stop rhino poaching in Kaziranga.

The incident took place in Rehabari on Monday afternoon when hundreds of KMSS activists staged dharna in protest against the repeated incidents of rhino poaching in the world heritage site.

But policemen deployed in front of the office of the Principal Chief Conservator of forest in Rehabari flogged the protestors.
