Tezpur returning officer has rejected the nomination papers of Aam Admi Party candidate during the scrutiny on Saturday.
According to sources, the nomination papers have been rejected because of some anomalies found during the scrutiny. All other nomination papers have been found valid.
With this, the number of contesting candidates in Dibrugarh is 10.
