Congress party is likely to take action against Mani Kumar Subba, who has filed nomination papers to independently contest in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls from Tezpur.

Talking to reporters, APCC president Bhubneswar Kalita said that nobody is above the party rules and regulations. He said that the party won’t remain idle after he filed nominations on Friday. He is likely to be expelled from the party in a day or two.
