Dacoity in buses; 1 killed

A bus conductor was killed when a gang of dacoits unleashed a reign of terror at five super buses in Dhubri district on Thursday.

The incident took place at Bogoribari in Dhubri in the wee hours where a gang of dacoits halted five West Bengal bound passenger buses at gun point. Then they started looting the passengers.

Then they vanished from the spot after blankfiring to unleash terror among the passengers.

Grievously injured passenger Khakon Dey was shifted to the hospital where he succumbed to injuries.
