Witch killing rerun in Sonitpur

After a brief gap, yet another witch killing incident sends shock and anger across Assam on Tuesday. The incident took place on Monday at Borghuli area in Sonitpur district.

Local residents told Assam Times that a group of local residents stormed at midnight into the house of Pahguni Kawari to be killed alleging witch practice. Later police arrested four local youths in this connection.
