Razi to stay; denies report

Respite for Syed Sibtey Razi. Its confirm--the Assam governor will complete his term.
The Congress leadership is unhappy with Razi but have allowed him to continue in Guwahati Raj Bhavan till October when his term ends.
Talking to reporters after his meeting with home minister P Chidambaram on Tuesday, Razu ruled out his resignation.
Notably, hours after media report came up that the Assam Governor was asked to quit, top ranked AICC leaders and PMO came out with the statement that it was baseless. Razi also called on home minister P Chidambaram.
