Rajkhowa Arunachal Guv

Former chief secretary Jyoti Prasad Rajkhowa will be the new Governor of Arunachal Pradesh. President Pranab Mukherjee signed the appointment order on Tuesday. 

The retired IAS officer is expected to assume the office in a day or two.
