Pillion riding banned in Udalguri district

In view of the subversive activities by anti social elements,particularly by the NDFB(R) ,the District Magistrate of Udalguri, has banned pillion riding in the district by order dated 11 November,2010.Only children below 5 years and women have been exempted.
