Honour for ACS officer in Kokrajhar

KOKRAJHAR: Bodo retired ACS officer Rahila Brahma received the prestigious Padma Kalita Memorial Award at a function in Kokrajhar on Tuesday.

She received the award from award winning prolific writer Anjali Basumatary in presence of many distinguished personalities.
