HC to clear judgment on Akhil bail

The Gauhati High Court is expected to clear it judgments on four other bail petitions moved by Akhil Gogoi on Monday.

The judgments are expected at any moment. Even if  the court grants bail on Monday, the KMSS president would not be able to come out of the jail.

He has several other cases pending against him. The court has already cleared bails in alteast seven cases. The crucial one was the self immolation case in Dispur.
