HC reserves ruling on Akhil's bail

GUWAHATI:The Gauhati High Court on Wednesday reserved its ruling on Akhil Gogoi's bail petition. The ruling is expected at 10.30 in the morning on Thursday.

In yet another development Dudhnoi police on Wednesday moved Dibrugarh Chief Judicial Magistrate seeking the KMSS leader in their custody in connection with a case pending against him.

Even if the High Court grants bail for Gogoi who was arrested under NSA, the KMSS adviser is unlikely to come under the open sky on Thursday.
