Concern over truce violation

Both the Centre and Nagaland governnment are worried ove the recent mess in the ceasefire with NSCN-K. 

The impending implication thereof figured in the meeting between chief minister T R Zeliang and Union home minister Rajnath Singh at New Delhi recently.

The duo discussed in detail the prevailing law and order situation in the state in view of the insurgent activities. 

The chief minister apprised Singh of the on going violent activities, extortion and other unlawful acts.

Nagaland home minister Y Patton, Union home secretary L C Goyal were also present in the meeting.
