CM reviews law and order

Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi on Friday reviewed the state’s overall security scenario a day after ULFA struck at Mangoldoi police station.

The meeting is believed to have decided to step up offensive against the insurgent outfits in the state.

Apart from DGP Jayanta Narayan Chaudhury, ADGP, IGP, Chief secretary were also attended the meeting. Meanwhile, police have picked up four persons in this connection.
