Chirang: NDFB(S) held

Amid repeated incidents of extortion in Chirang district, security forces claimed to have caught a hardcore NDFB(S) militant on Wednesday.

He was caught during an intensified operation in the wee hours from Shantipur area along the Indo-Bhutan border. A 9 MM pistol has been seized from them.
