Canopy harmony festival at Gelakey

District administration of Sivasagar organised a day-long  colour full "Canopy Harmony Festival" at Athkhel Bazzar playground on  Wednesday. DC Virendra Mittal innugurated the programme at 8-30 AM. The event aimed to create harmony  between the two states.
