Bhupen Borah new APCC President

Bhupen Borah was appointed as the new president of Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) replacing Ripun Bora on Saturday.

The newly appointed Working Presidents are : Rana Goswami, Kamalakhya Dey Purkayastha and Jakir Hussain Sikdar.
