APSC: Akhil moves HC with PIL

Finally Akhil Gogoi moved the Gauhati High Court alleging rampant corruption in the Assam Civil Service examination .

The KMSS president who has been spearheading the fight against APSC  has filed a public interest litigation seeking the court’s intervention.

Talking to reporters he said that he was waiting for governor’s intervention after he appraised him of the rampant corruption in APSC with evidence. But despite assurance Governor PB Acharrya refrained from taking any step.
