Women empowerment is the only way for sustainable development. There is no way out. Then and then only, problems confronting women would be heard. This was more or less of what Rahul Gandhi told women Congress workers in Jorhat on Wednesday.
Interacting with women workers in his concluding function in Jorhat, Gandhi said that women reservation is the real mantra to ensure peace and stability.
Gandhi appreciated Assamese women for rich contribution to the country’s rich cultural heritage.
