KMSS calls off agitation

Finally, KMSS has called off the massive agitation against the land patta distribution function in Guwahati on Monday.

The decision was taken after two abortive self immolation attempts in the city where two KMSS activists sustained serious burn injuries.

KMSS president Akhil Gogoi who allegedly prepared the blueprint of the dangerous agitation has urged the protestors to leave the public places.       

The bizarre incidents took place at 10-30 in the morning in front of the state secretariat and Gorchuk when two KMSS activists set themselves on fire after pouring kerosene on their bodies.
